so on fri there was like a little mishap on the soccer court during the mass pwnage of CDS logside was doing. i injured my thumb when this dude sorta like leaned back on my thumb while he was shielding the balll :(

went to see a doctor as 'ordered' and the doctor took an x-ray. meanwhile i asked him about my middle finger cos it can make cracking sounds very easily i mean like wtf, since you're gonna scan my left hand might as well check it out right?

"i've got good news for you. your middle finger's fine. now the bad news is your thumb might be slightly fractured since the bones are so small there or it could be dislocated but no problem cos could just pop it back in on monday! its probably sorta like the swelling thats pushing your bone out anwyay so just give it a rest and see how it goes on mon"

but managed to play with the injury on sat 11 a side and yeah, pretty glad that there's gonna be a run of 11 a side games coming up for me

on today after going back to the hospital for a follow up appointment and well it was revealed that it was just a sprained ligament and they gave me like a cast to keep me from moving my thumb around too much but fuck that haha

thank god for 11B because if it wasnt free that whole ordeal on mon would have cost me $60. outrageous X_X
