i didnt get silver today fuck. the 2.4km was fucked up i got 12:11 i think so i still passed

however, i took marcus advice on the standin broad jump and managed that 234 so i guess gold is technically possible lol

ok so on sat marcus timed me for my 2.4 and i clocked an impressive 11:17. the requirement for silver is 11:40

timings by lap on sat:
  1. 1.30
  2. 1.40
  3. 1.50
  4. 2.06
  5. 2.11
  6. 2.00
notice the first 3 laps = 5 mins flat

i think thats the basis to gettin silver timing

today i got 5:30 for the first 3 laps, and the 3rd lap was fucked up because thats why i started to slow down as compared to 4th round timing on sat

i blame it on my first round today. too fast...
